Smoking is against the law, ¿or not?

Hi, sometimes I have to write and think in english. Please, note that I am in the beginninig with my engish. Anyway, anyway, my problem is the new laws against tobacco as well as smokers have just arrived on England. The new laws in England are in according to UE politics and they have started up on 1st July. They wants to recognise the right of all for a smoke-free environment. In the next photo you can see the typical AD with the explanation that smoking is not allowed, now in all the places in London. The bottom photo shows me smoking out the window in my house.
